Are your online appraisals USPAP-Compliant? 

Yes, our online appraisals are conducted in accordance with USPAP standards and are eligible for use for official purposes. In general, just because an appraisal is done online, it is not necessarily lacking USPAP-compliance. And the inverse is true too - not all online appraisals are necessarily USPAP-compliant either.

Are your appraisals legally valid?

Yes, all appraisals conducted through AppraiseItNow adhere to USPAP standards, making them legally valid and defensible. Will I receive a digital or physical appraisal report?

What if I need a "wet" signature?
