We offer flat-fee mobile home appraisals completed online by credentialed appraisers that fall between $595 and $695 per mobile home. Pricing is based on the intended use of the appraisal and the complexity of the assignment, not on home value. All assignments include a USPAP-compliant appraisal report delivered electronically.
